Mental note, Faimui [fay-moo-e] can do this! In its simplest terms, Faimui is a hassle-free wedding guest response tracking and reporting service. Created out of necessity for a couple in '07 for their wedding, it worked so well we decided to modify it so other couples could share in it's benefits.

Faimui Guide

The first screen: Pre-registration is where the Bride and Groom pre-register their wedding date. It also allows you the time to better acquaint yourself with the rest of Faimui so that you can better organize any specific information requirements you may need to convey to your guests come RSVP time.

The second screen: Guest Registration is where you ask your guests to provide their specific information i.e., names of any guests they'll bring, any children who may attend, address information, etc. As you can gather from this screen shot you will have the opportunity to customize it with information specific to your wedding, just as our willing newlyweds Leslie and Russell did!

The third screen: RSVP does all the hard work of actually bridging the gap between you, your guests and the wedding venue. It conveniently stores all of your guest names in a drop-down list/menu. For each name that is selected, Faimui gathers all other data associated with that name and asks the guests to fill in the blanks. Guests can select their meal choices, choose children's meals and even list any allergy/dietary considerations they, or a member of their party, may have. Again, as in the Guest Registration screen shot, you will have the opportunity to customize it with all the information specific to your wedding.

Now that you've let your guests do all the hard work, you can sit back, relax and watch those RSVPs come in! Go ahead and focus on your many other wedding planning tasks. Or do like others have done and keep an keen eye on the RSVP page to see which of your guests responded first? Who's bringing who? What's everyone eating? Who hasn't yet replied? And who requires follow-up? A great way to assist with up-to-the-minute wedding budgeting and very fun indeed!!!
